Refund Policy

Free plan

Stareceipt's free plan does not involve any payment, so no refunds are applicable.

Paid subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@stareceipt.com with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation prevents future charges; your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds for cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges more than 90 days old without prior contact.
